Your order(s) will normally be shipped within 24 hours once payment details have been approved. However, orders made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will only be shipped on next working day. Once shipped, you may expect to receive it within 1-3 working days (WM) and 2-4 working days (EM). For Pre Order Items, kindly refer to estimation delivery time stated on each product.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. The status of your order will be updated via email. Once your order has been shipped out, a tracking number will be given via email and you may track your parcel from there. Delivery Charge is calculated based on the weight/volumetric weight of the total goods ordered. Currently we ship orders made on this website via JNT Express only.
